We handle filming permits, location access, government liaison, police coordination, vendor sourcing, local crew hire, equipment rental, transport logistics and every bureaucratic detail that international productions face when shooting in Spain. One local contact who speaks the language, knows the system and keeps your schedule on track.
Every region in Spain has its own filming permit process. We manage applications to Madrid Film Office, Barcelona Film Commission, Malaga Film Office, Andalucia Film Commission and every municipal authority in between. Road closures, drone authorizations (AESA), heritage site access, marine permits for coastal shoots: we know which office to call, which forms to file and how long approvals take. Our existing relationships with local authorities mean faster turnaround and fewer surprises on the day.
Our fixers are based across Marbella, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville and Valencia, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. We also coordinate international shoots in Portugal, Italy, Turkey and the UAE.
Our fixers stay on set for the duration of the shoot. We manage vendor deliveries, coordinate police escorts for road work, handle last-minute location swaps, liaise with property owners, resolve noise or access complaints in real time, manage catering and craft services logistics, and ensure wrap and cleanup meet owner requirements. If something changes at short notice, we handle it before it reaches the director.
