Pascal Baillien is a Belgian film director with over 25 years of international experience across branded shorts, fashion films, and cinematic commercial work. Known for strong cinematography and a decisive on set presence, he shapes commercial content into visual narratives with mood, impact, and a grounded sense of authenticity.
Born in Tongeren, Belgium's oldest city, Pascal began experimenting with an 8mm camera before graduating in Photo, Film and Visual Arts. His range spans viral productions generating hundreds of millions of views, and over 20 conceptual shorts created for the Dutch National Opera and Ballet. His work also includes major cultural projects such as Noor Riyadh for the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, alongside fashion films featuring Victoria's Secret model Barbara Palvin.
He has directed talent including Jean Claude Van Damme, Charlie Sheen, Kev Adams, and Michel Polnareff, bringing the same intensity to every frame whether the brief calls for elegance, grit, or conceptual storytelling.
